Building 7 Botannica Corporate Park

We worked with consulting engineers to identify the most appropriate methodology and remediation for this major project. Horizontal surfaces were stripped and re-waterproofed. A challenge occurred when the weather presented a challenge with the heaviest monthly rainfall in 50 years. Our crews worked around the clock to maintain the satisfaction of occupants. Our deliverables included suitable for court proceedings and expert witness appearances.

Stones Corner Shopping Centre

With an incoming major tenant Aldi, Stones Corner Shopping Centre was needing significant refurbishment works. We completed remedial and rectification works including new structural slabs to tenancies, loading dock upgrades and lessors works. Also delivered were full internal and external repaint, new tiling and furniture to mall areas.

313 Flinders Lane

313 Flinders Lane

Water leaks created by aged roofing required the installation of full building scaffolding. We worked with owners to maximise the use of the scaffold and develop a scope to carry out remedial repairs to the external facade. We, re-rendered, re-painted, re-roofed and, replaced windows and upgraded the foyer while respecting the age of this historical building. The above works were completed above a busy inner-city street.

436 Elgar Rd

Project: Amenities upgrade
Building: Occupied 5 floors of corporate offices

436 Elgar Rd

We were engaged to improve the layout of the existing amenities for 436 Elgar Rd. This involved the provision of additional DDA compliant showers and toilets and a new end of trip facilities area. Bathrooms and showers on each floor were stripped and modernised.

Sanctuary Lakes

Project: Building Extension, Internal and External Refurbishment

Sanctuary Lakes

An extension was required to accommodate a larger administration area, cafe and pool area. We delivered internal works which included the fit out of offices, a gym, a refurbishment of a pool area and an extension to a café. External works also included a new structural steel façade, a repaint and hard landscaping.

Gate Gourmet kitchen warehouse fit-out

This industrial warehouse within the airport precinct required infrastructure improvements to significantly increase the production levels. Works included a large, commercial hot kitchen and all of the ancillary services that connect to it - the installation of cool rooms for both preparation and storage of food and the installation of large industrial dishwashers and several other improvements were included to allow for production at much higher levels.
