On this occasion, we stripped the offices of an outgoing tenant, carrying out the lessor’s works to ready the space for a new tenant.

To minimise impacts on other occupants, we carried out noisy works and waste removal outside regular business hours.

Once we’d finished the 1800m2 strip out, the space was clean and ready for the new tenant to make it their own.
