Store reconfiguration | Australia-wide
When Target wanted to improve customer experience, they came to us to deliver a total floor plan reconfiguration across 28 stores.
We built new service desks, fitting rooms and online ordering areas. And repurposed existing service areas, hanging new signs and new paint.
We worked discreetly and safely while customers shopped. Ensuring Target didn’t lose a single day of trading during their store reconfigurations.
Runaway Bay Tavern
Gaming room design and fit-out | Gold Coast
When AVC Gaming wanted to improve their visitor experience, they came to us to transform their gaming area and hotel amenities.
We designed a fit-out that created a better customer experience with a lighter, brighter feel. We devised a program of out-of-hours works to minimise impact, leading to a 3-day shutdown as the least-invasive way to complete the project.
Our renovations met their customer goals and budget needs. And gave the space a modern look and impressive atmosphere.
With a mammoth effort, we completed our shutdown works ahead of time, allowing the hotel to open 12 hours early.
Kmart
Flooring and interior upgrades | Queensland
When Kmart wanted new flooring in 14 of their Queensland stores, they came to us to remove their dull, worn-out carpet and replace it with new hard-wearing vinyl.
We delivered new flooring giving the store a brighter, more luxurious feel. We also updated fitting rooms, painted the interior and made sure their fire exits were compliant.
We worked after hours, ensuring the store was safe and ready to open for trade each morning.
