Core4 recently had the privilege of collaborating with our long-standing client, Australian Venue Co., on an exciting new project—Lulu Rooftop Bar. This venture was a full design and build collaboration, showcasing the best of what Core4 has to offer. With no existing customers to work around, we were able to focus on delivering the project swiftly, ensuring a quick opening for this vibrant new venue.

Our team took charge of every aspect of the build, highlighting the breadth of our in-house capabilities. From the initial design concept to the final touches, every detail was meticulously planned and executed. The project was a seamless blend of creativity and craftsmanship, with our Core4 team at the forefront, making sure the vision for Lulu Rooftop Bar was brought to life exactly as imagined.

A standout feature of this project was the bespoke joinery, crafted by our own Core Cabinetry team. This allowed us to maintain the highest standards of quality and precision, within tight timelines and ensuring that every element of the venue was tailored to perfection. Lulu Rooftop Bar is now open, offering a stylish Miami Vice inspired space set to shake up the Gold Coast.
