Venue design and refurbishment

Core4 recently completed a full refurbishment of The Kenmore, transforming this popular venue for our long-term client, Australian Venue Co. As a design and construct project, we worked closely with the client to bring their vision to life while keeping the venue open and trading as much as possible.

The renovation covered several key areas—the function area, sports bar, bistro, and gaming room—each now fully refreshed to serve locals in a modern, comfortable setting. We’re especially proud of the complete refurbishment of the gaming room, completed in just three days—a quick turnaround that has become a Core4 specialty.

This project wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work of the many trades and suppliers who put in long hours (and plenty of sleepless nights) to bring The Kenmore’s new look to life. With this upgrade, The Kenmore is ready to welcome the community for years to come, offering them a renewed space to relax, enjoy great food and cold drinks, and try your luck in the sports and gaming bars.
