Our expert water testing found the cause of the leak. But it was 7 stories above a busy Melbourne laneway. Which meant the only way to fix it was with a large and expensive scaffold.
To make the most of this unexpected outlay, we worked with the building owners to develop a broader scope of much-needed works.
Our solution gave the historic building a new lease on life with re-roofing, window replacements and new render and paint. Maximising the return on their scaffold investment.
We also renovated the foyer, giving the building a modern, welcoming entry and maximising the owner’s return on investment.
