When the building owners engaged us to improve the layout of toilet amenities, we took a design and construct approach.

Our design included Accessible compliant showers and toilets. Plus an end of trip facilities area for bike commuters.

We stripped existing bathrooms, kitchens and showers, modernising the facilities and giving the building’s amenities a new lease on life.

And speaking of new leases, the owners saw an immediate return on investment when they secured a new tenant lease for the entire building after completing the works.
