Accommodation Room Refurbishment | Sunshine Coast

The Currimundi Hotel on the Sunshine Coast needed a makeover. The guest rooms were tired and weren’t meeting the holidaymakers expectations, so the hotel wasn’t attracting as many visitors as they wanted. To help them reach their goals, we gave all 28 rooms a complete refresh, making them modern, comfortable, and inviting. We also gave the hotel’s exterior a complete refresh with new paint and handled essential repairs and maintenance to ensure a consistent and appealing look.

Most of the work was completed by our own Core4 team, including our in-house joinery team, which helped keep costs down. By using Core4 employees, we avoided subcontractor reliance, helping the hotel reach their return on investment (ROI) goals faster.

Since it was the busy holiday season, we had to time each room renovation carefully so guests could still stay there without any problems. We worked closely with the hotel to plan when each room would be updated, making sure not to disrupt anyone’s holiday.

In the end, the hotel looked fantastic, and guests loved the fresh, updated rooms. The client was thrilled, and now more families can enjoy a comfortable, stylish stay at the Currimundi Hotel.
