Core4 was proud to deliver the Brisbane fit-out of Death & Co, working once again with our long-term client Australian Venue Co. Located in the basement of the iconic Regatta Hotel, this project marked a major milestone for the globally recognised brand — bringing the winner of Best American Cocktail Bar to Australia as part of its first step onto the international stage.

The fit-out delivered a complete transformation of the venue, featuring bespoke joinery and refined finishes throughout to align with Death & Co’s unmistakable aesthetic. Significant upgrades were made to the bar layouts and back-of-house operations, ensuring the space met the brand’s uncompromising standards for speed, precision and operational excellence — for high-volume, high-end cocktail service.

Fast-tracked delivery was key. With a firm deadline ahead of the Christmas trading period, our team coordinated works efficiently to ensure the venue opened on time and trading at full capacity. The result is a standout cocktail destination that balances atmosphere with performance, setting a new benchmark for premium bar experiences in Brisbane.
