Venue refurbishment and beer garden addition

Core4 was proud to deliver the design and construction of Mango Hill Tavern’s latest transformation in partnership with Australian Venue Co. This end-to-end refurbishment breathed new life into the venue’s core trading areas, including a complete overhaul of the Gaming Lounge, Sports Bar, Kids Room and Bistro. Every detail was carefully planned and executed by our in-house team to elevate the venue’s appeal and functionality.

The highlight of the project was the addition of a large 300m2, purpose-built outdoor deck, designed to host hundreds of patrons for events, live music and weekend catch-ups. This striking new feature has dramatically increased the venue’s capacity and transformed its ability to attract and retain local crowds—cementing Mango Hill Tavern as a go-to destination for community gatherings.

Thanks to meticulous planning and night-shift execution, the venue continued trading with minimal disruption throughout the works. By operating discreetly and efficiently behind the scenes, we ensured minimal downtime for the client and uninterrupted revenue during the build—a key outcome for any hospitality business.
