This project stands as a testament to the strong client-builder relationships we value. Collaborating once again with our long-time client, Australian Venue Co, we embarked on another Brownfield project. This venue was in need of a fresh makeover, improved functionality for both patrons and staff, and a compelling attraction for the local community. With the guidance of our client, Core4 meticulously formulated scopes, budgets, and designs aligned with their objectives. To minimise disruption to the ongoing venue operations, we strategically divided the project into multiple stages.

We lavished attention on various aspects of the venue, including a comprehensive bistro overhaul featuring new bars, a revitalised sports bar with updated amenities, enhancements to the outdoor dining space, restroom refurbishments, the creation of a new kids’ room and playground, and a reimagined kitchen.

The key to the success of this project lay in the unwavering communication with our client. It demanded intricate scheduling and multiple handovers of different areas where Core4 and the client needed to synchronise their readiness. New staff, updated menus, a fresh aesthetic, and a redefined operational approach were all part of the equation. The end result was yet another remarkable transformation, delivered under budget, on schedule, and met with the admiration of the local community.
