The Walrus Club
Venue design and fit-out | Brisbane
Located in the basement of Brisbane’s Regatta Hotel this venue was inundated by flood water in February ’22 floods. As the water subsided Core4 were ready to pump out the water and empty the entire venue. Unfortunately for the hotel, above this, included a lot of infrastructure, including a large keg room. Once again, the race was on to redesign the venue and fill it with thirsty cocktail lovers.

Core4 recently had the privilege of collaborating with our long-standing client, Australian Venue Co., on an exciting new project—Lulu Rooftop Bar. This venture was a full design and build collaboration, showcasing the best of what Core4 has to offer. With no existing customers to work around, we were able to focus on delivering the project swiftly, ensuring a quick opening for this vibrant new venue.
Browns Plains Hotel

This marks yet another successful collaboration with our valued client, Australian Venue Co. Our latest project involved a comprehensive rebranding effort and a complete makeover for their bustling venue. This was executed as a turnkey project, where we established budgets, tailored the design to fit within those financial constraints, and executed the project seamlessly, not only meeting but also coming in under budget.
